1000 calorie workout at home
The first step in any workout program is to find the right exercise. This is a simple exercise that I always take into my own home. I have a small elliptical trainer that is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. I just put it on the living room floor, and I just crank it up to 10, or 15, or whatever. I have a few other workout machines that are also fairly simple, but they all have the same basic function.
I have a lot of other ways of doing things too. I have my treadmill at home. I have an elliptical at home. I have a stationary bike at home. And of course, I do a few exercise classes at my local gym. But there are quite a few ways to do exercise at home.
