I’ve never been one for a gym. Sure, I’ve been to the gym in the past, but that is about it. I don’t like the idea of working out, especially when I don’t have much time. I like to spend my time doing things I enjoy, but I don’t like the idea of working out at home.

Try going to the gym with a friend and you can easily change the routine. If youre already running, try going to the gym with another friend and you might get a little more of a workout in.
I have a friend who is a gym rat who is very good at motivating me to go to the gym with her. I get to exercise with her and I enjoy it. But, I also get to know her better and I can do things that I wouldnt do if we were on our own. So, even if youre not into running, you can still learn and reap the rewards of exercising with others.
There are countless ways to keep yourself in shape, but the easiest way to do it is to have others you can motivate. We are all busy with our own things, but what we want is to get out there and do things together and really make a change. The more you can get out there, the more likely you are to reach your goals.
