It’s a long-held belief that going to the gym to get in shape is a waste of time and money. This is mostly true, and can be very true. Most people look to the gym as a way to lose weight and tone up their bodies.
This is, I think, one of the worst misconceptions out there. The truth is that getting in shape is not about losing weight or gaining muscle. In fact, doing so can be counter-productive and be harmful to your health. When you do get into shape, you are actually working out the muscles, and a lot of them on a very basic level.
The problem is that most people don’t know what a basic level is. While it is possible to gain muscle quickly from working out, the muscles you gain aren’t the ones you’re looking for. The ones you’re looking for are ones working at the basics of muscle activity. The muscles that you get from the gym are the ones that you can use for a myriad of other activities.
Bodybuilding is a whole body workout. You work out at a high level, and then you go to another level where you apply the same basic level of exercise. I know this because I did it. I did bodybuilding long before I started being a bodybuilder.
While I’m not in the gym, I can say that I am in great shape. This comes from running, doing weights, and lifting weights. Muscle growth is a very slow process, so working out a lot, combined with the right kind of workout is the best way to get the most results. If youre not training right, or youre doing the wrong kind of workout, youll end up with a ton of fat.

Bodybuilding is a very personal path. I like to train the body that I feel like I have the most “authenticity” with. I like to run, lift, and do weights. I can’t really give advice on how to get fit, because I don’t want to sound like I’m giving you a prescription for weight loss.
In a recent study, the bodybuilders at the University of Colorado tested the body’s ability to store fat and found that they were more than twice as likely to burn it as an exercise. In fact, they found that women were more likely to burn fat during exercise than men.
In other words, if you want to get lean, you have to do it part time. And I’m serious. I know that some people are just not interested in the idea of doing a workout. I understand that. But I think it is important to get your body off the ground and to feel good, feeling like you are on the same page with the rest of the world as opposed to being obsessed with the idea that you have to be more “fit” than everyone else.
In order to make your body strong, you need to get yourself moving. This is why a good cardio workout is a good idea. And by good, I mean a good cardio workout that is safe for your joints.
