breathing problem home remedy
I have noticed in the past that when I’m stressed, I tend to become more stressed. This is because my heart rate goes up, my breathing becomes shallow, and my body goes into fight or flight mode. This is not a good thing, because when this happens, I tend to not breathe properly. This is why I like to practice deep breathing each and every day.
Okay, I know that this one has been done to death. But it really is good to know that some of your stress is actually your body’s own stress response. It’s like when you’re stressed, your body releases adrenaline, which reduces the amount of oxygen your body needs to breathe. When you breathe deeply, you’re actually pushing more oxygen into your system.
