I recently mentioned how, if you work out, your body will actually be happy (if you work out with a good person). Well the same is true of any workout. In my opinion, it’s all about the quality of the workout. If you have a ton of fat on your body, do the same exercises as a bodybuilder to get it toned up. If you have muscle, do a whole lot more.

In the past, I’ve had several friends who have gotten chest exercise machines (and dumbbells) and thought they were good. But like most machines, they have a cable that goes through the weight, the weight is attached to a lever that pulls it, and it’s attached to a pulley. It takes a lot of time to get that cable through the weight and get it pulled.
