I just received this awesome new product for free from the company that makes the adjustable home gym I use. This collapsible home gym, which looks like a typical, unisex gym, is as stylish and sleek as it is functional.
The collapsible home gym is like a portable gym with a single piece of equipment that can be easily moved from place to place. It has a built-in shower, a small desk to put your phone and keys on, a small stool to sit on, and a few different storage options. It’s an ingenious idea that even if I had $40 to spend on a new gym, I would still probably buy it. I think I’d still buy it even if I had the $40.
Home gym are one of the easiest fitness programs to build, but if you don’t have the time or inclination to build one yourself, collapsible home gyms are a great option. The only real disadvantage is that they can’t be used as a home gym, but as you know, they are so cool.

Yes and yes. You have to do the folding part, but the foldable parts are very easy to do. The hinge is actually very simple to work with, and its just as easy to just fold the whole thing up as it is to fold it down. Its not worth it for people who can’t fold it, but it does make collapsible home gyms super easy to use.
