We want to be able to say to our partner, “I love you.” To do so, our bodies must be in synch. The moment to moment changes that. We want to be able to be conscious of what we are doing, so the first thing we do is to touch ourselves. The second thing we do is to notice our muscles being tense or relaxed. The third thing we do is to notice a sensation that we want to experience.
Sometimes we want something that we know will feel good, but that we don’t know about the physical sensations that make it feel good. It’s why we’ve tried body-to-body (and body-to-brain) therapy before. This is why we’re here. We want to be able to do it at home.
This is the reason why we decided to visit a couple massage therapist and learn about how to work with your muscles at home. If you can’t touch your own muscles, you can’t do the massage at home. That’s why this whole thing is called “self-awareness,” and is necessary to getting the most out of the experience.
I’m sure we know that it is nice to take a full body treatment and leave your face and neck feeling great afterwards.

A couple massage is one of those things you read about online and think is cool but you don’t really do. But this has become quite common, and we have a couple of videos we made on how to give ourselves a couple massage at home.
The way we learned to give ourselves a couple massage was through relaxation techniques. In order to relax the body it’s important to use the proper techniques, or you end up with a bad massage. In this video, we cover the first few techniques to get yourself and your partner relaxed.
The first thing we do is lie down on our stomach. We need to relax the muscles in our chest, stomach, legs, and arms before you start massaging. The body is like a large spring, and to relax it you need to apply constant tension.
After the first few steps, we get up and start to massage each other. The first thing you need to do is get your partner’s lower back flat, which is much easier to do if you’re in a standing position. Then we start to massage the back area of the body. We start by rubbing the belly and then move to the lower back. The main goal in massage is to relax the body and start to reduce all the tension that exists in your body.
this is the most painful part of the massage, but the best part is that you can do it while watching TV. We start with the lower back and then move to the belly area. Then we move to the arms and legs, which are the hardest to massage to begin with, due to the fact that they have to be kept still. We move to the feet, and then back to the belly. Next, we move to the head.
