fix overbite at home
Fix Overbite is a great way to prevent tooth decay. It’s natural for teeth to become very sensitive at times and when this happens, it can be a bit of a challenge to keep them protected. This can be especially true when your teeth are continually exposed to the outside world.
You can keep your teeth on track with a daily brushing and flossing. There are also numerous oral care products available that prevent your teeth from becoming sensitive.
I’m not a patient. I’m not a doctor. I’m just a person who wants to have nice teeth, and so I’ll take your word for it that I can get my way with a daily brushing and flossing schedule.
There are some products specifically designed to protect your teeth and gums that you can use. I have no idea if they are actually safe and effective, but they are definitely worth a try. I will say that sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge to keep your teeth in place and the best thing to do is go out and buy or borrow a dental flosser and floss.
You can also buy “gum floss” in plastic tubes that you fill with a fluoride-free gel. One of the downsides of using a fluoride-based gel is that you are more likely to have fluoride-related problems (dental fluorosis, gingivitis, etc.). I’m not sure if the gum-floss products are safe or effective, but that’s the only downside.
Now for the upside of using fluoride-free gel while you are brushing your teeth. The fluoride-free gum-flosses are one of the most effective ways to prevent dental fluorosis, especially if you brush with a fluoride gel after each meal. The fluoride-free gel will not cause gingivitis, or other oral diseases that can cause tooth loss.
I know some people are allergic to fluoride and it can be a little bit uncomfortable, but it won’t cause you to lose teeth.
I don’t know about you, but I tend to like my teeth. They are a little bit darker, but they stay put and most importantly, they look good. For those of you who are in the mood for a little bit more whitening here are the things you can do to get your teeth whiter.
1) Rinse with water to loosen plaque. This removes the fluoride that causes gum disease, and also creates an enamel barrier that prevents acid from attacking tooth roots.
You can also use a toothbrush to do this, but you want to get clean teeth first. Once that’s done rinse with water, then brush. If you have any other questions, or you are in the mood to purchase a replacement toothbrush, leave a comment here and I’ll get back to you.
