grow your glutes at home
I’ve been told that I have a lot of abs and that I should grow them at home. Well, if this is the case, I will be happy to oblige and take up the challenge.
It’s not something that you can do at home, but you can take up the challenge, especially if you live in a small apartment. In the first week of December, I was told by the owner of the apartment I lived in that she would get me a size 14 and 10 inch thigh-highs, which I was immediately excited about. The first time I went to the gym I couldn’t even get down on my knees to do a bench press.
I think that most people would benefit from doing this at home and even at my gym, which is a bit further from my apartment, so I would recommend trying it out before you buy a size 14 and a size 10 instead. This doesn’t just help to tone your thighs, but it can also help to strengthen your glutes (those things that you can’t see when you’re on a couch).
I have always been a big fan of the idea, but I have to say that I think it is a little bit overrated. I think it is something that most people will get more out of at a gym than at home because you get to work out at the same time.
