home gym leg extension
Leg extension is a bit of a new concept for me. I was always a leg lifter when I grew up, but never really had the need. My mom was always telling me to “get a leg,” but I was more likely to just stand and twirl and dance around. So I began to see my legs as not “legs” to be used but “legs” to extend.
I really wish I had a family member to tell me that their leg was too short. Maybe if I had a leg of my own the first time I ran into a guy who just had a leg, I could have told him to go to the gym, or maybe just say, “Hey, that’s a really short leg. I wish I had a bigger leg”. As it is, mine is definitely a leg I can’t use.
This is a problem any time you have a leg that is too short. I have a friend who always wears a shoe that looks like a sock that is made to look like an ankle. I can’t imagine putting that on, but I have no idea what to tell her. I also have a girlfriend who has a very short leg which, no matter how much I try, I just can’t get down. That’s why I started building a home gym.
Well, I have not heard of a shorter leg than mine before. I only started building my home gym yesterday. In fact, my leg is not even an inch shorter than before. But I think I am actually a bit more flexible than before. I might even be able to move around more easily.
Yes, we all know that building a home gym is about as easy as you can possibly get. But there’s a lot to take into account before you can actually begin, and it might take a few days before you’re able to actually get to the point where you’re doing some serious leg work. We asked some of our home gym users to share their experiences with us, and they were all, “I have no idea where to start! I have no idea how to do this.
Our users generally reported having very good results with their leg extensions. However, one of the challenges they faced was finding the right way to adjust the leg extension so that it was as comfortable as possible. Because we are all very different in our body composition, we have different levels of flexibility, and there can be no one-size-fits all solution. Some users were able to extend their legs further, some had to lower their upper body, and some were able to do both.
The same thing happened with our gym users. Some got a lot more out of the leg extension than others. The one challenge we all faced was figuring out a proper way to adjust the leg extension so that it was as comfortable as possible.
For my own upper body, I had to adjust my upper-body weight. For some who didn’t get much out of the leg extension, I had to lower my upper-body weight. For those who got a lot out of the leg extension, I had to raise my upper-body weight. And for the people who didn’t get much out of the leg extension, I had to lower my upper-body weight.
It was really hard to choose between the two. And in the end, we had to settle on the lower weight. To adjust the weight, we had to set the upper body weight to the same height as the lower-body weight.
It was very hard to determine the difference between the two weights, but I think both are very effective. I am not sure what the difference is, but it was definitely worth it.
