home gym under 300
I’ve been a gym junkie since I was eight years old. I’ve always had a little gym in my room (and on my bed) and my entire life that I worked out.
My gym is an exercise room. In this room I use a treadmill and a stationary bike, plus there is a foam roller I use to roll machines for weight training. It has all the bells and whistles you need. I also have a stationary dumbbell station that can do weights for me. I have a large dumbbell storage area under my bed.
The gym is under 300 square feet, which means it is only big enough for a treadmill and a stationary bike. The room is very quiet. I have all the equipment I need in my room, and I take advantage of whatever the space has to offer. I have a foam roller and a set of weights I can use for weight training. I also have a large dumbbell storage area under my bed.

As it turns out, the “under 300” part of my title is actually kind of a misnomer. When you’re under 300 square feet, you don’t have a lot of room for a gym. For the first year or so, I had an area in the garage with a treadmill, rower, and elliptical. I loved the space. I also had the space I needed to do some cardio (I can’t do a lot of cardio at 300 square feet).
