I’d say it’s a good idea to take a bath whenever possible, but it’s not a bad idea to be jogging at times when you can just relax, like on vacation.
The same goes for your body heat. When you take a shower, you lose water weight. When you take a bath, you gain weight. Because you lose water weight when you exercise, your body will warm up quicker and you will burn some extra calories as well. You can also get a lot of heat out of just relaxing in a hot shower. You can also gain heat from just taking a bath.
I have a friend who tells me that she was jogging during her first summer vacation ever when she had to wear a swimsuit. This is just one time when the body is going to take over and you want to take advantage of this to burn some calories.
If you want to burn more calories, you can also use your existing cardio equipment. Try doing a 30 minute cardio session on a stationary bike. This is a great way to work out, and is one of the most popular cardio exercises.
You don’t have to take your swimsuit off, but if you want to really burn more calories, just don’t have sex. I know this sounds crazy, but you might be surprised how much you can burn by simply taking a bath. Especially if you’re in a hot bath, there is no need to wear anything else. You just need to soak all of your clothes in the tub and then just let them soak until they’re just soaked.
So if youre not doing something you like to do, why not just do it? If you want to burn more calories, why not just do it? If you want to take a swim, why not just do it? If you don’t want to wear something that is not your favorite color, why not just do it? There is no excuse for not doing something you enjoy.

Walk it off. It might burn more calories, but it looks great. You can always use a blender to whip up a batch of ice cream if you want. The best way for me to burn even more calories is to walk to the local grocery store to get a gallon of milk. It might be a small purchase, but it will keep me hydrated and will fill me up.
