Many of us tend to think that women are supposed to be on the couch and not get out and run around doing something, but the truth is that most of us are not on the couch. It can be done in many ways. In my opinion, the best way is to get a strong partner who can do these movements for you, and make sure you do them together. Another way is to try not to get sore after doing these movements, and to always have someone who can push you to do them.
