I’ve been using my own home gym for years now. I started out with an old treadmill and a couple of free weights. I’ve since moved on to a home gym with a full-sized stationary bike, stepper bikes, and much more. I love having some extra space in my home and it gives me the opportunity to try new things.
I see a lot of people who are really into fitness, but they either have no idea what they are doing or can’t commit to any new thing for some reason. The gym is an amazing place to start and a great place to find new and exciting things that you can do. The things you can do while at the gym are a great way to get out of your comfort zone.
Yes, it is true that you can start out your fitness journey with a stepper bike or a stationary bike. But it is also true that the gym will give you more flexibility and give you some new ways to work out. Even the stationary bikes are great if you don’t want to spend money on a full-scale gym. The stationary bikes are great for any kind of routine (or really just for getting out of your comfort zone and trying something new).
There are some great ones out there like the new MARCY home workout software. You can find it at the gym.com for about $35. Or you can make your own, it’s pretty easy. I used to use exercise bike and do a couple of circuits and a few other things, but when I moved to my own apartment it was time to try something new.
It all started when my friend Katie and I moved to a new apartment and we were spending a lot of time in the bedroom going through every single thing on the living room couch. One day, we decided to get out the big gym equipment and put some of our favorite things in it to see if we noticed a difference. And sure enough, we both noticed a difference and the exercise was so much better and we felt so much better.
The thing is, I’m pretty active. I have a body fat percentage of just under 50%. So I was pretty psyched when I first moved in and I started to do some yoga, but I never really did anything with it.
Then I moved in with my mom and my cousin who was also very active and we started doing all of these cross-training exercises to build our muscles. We did squats, lunges, and even crunches. It seemed like I didn’t get any of this exercise because I was always on the couch eating junk food. It was a good thing I was doing yoga.
I think you have to do a lot of cardio to really get that much muscle. The problem is that we do cardio at home, so the muscle we get isnt as strong as it could be.
Well, if you’re using the gym at home, you’re probably not really exercising. The problem with that statement is that most gyms have a lot of machines that you can do for free, and thus there’s little incentive to do anything but get into the machines. This is the very reason that most people do not exercise at home, and thus the reason that exercise is so hard at home.
One of the things that makes exercise a challenge for most people is that it is very hard to get into the machines. You can run on the treadmill, go up on the bikes, and do weight machines, but this is a very unnatural way to exercise. I’m actually shocked that this isn’t even the number one thing people ask on our forums and that people are still not getting into a gym.
