We go to sleep thinking it will put us in control of our actions, but when we wake up in the morning and realize that we still need to work out what we want to do, we feel totally disoriented. We can’t figure out what we want to do. We can’t even figure out if we want to be stressed or relaxed. So we just start stressing out and then getting stressed.
