I see a lot of people struggling with alcohol. They are not alone. Every day I get emails and messages from men and women who have had bad events or bad decisions that have made them feel like they were just plain drunk. They are not alone though. At the risk of hurting the feelings of those who do not want to feel their pain, I will tell you that I feel a lot of people are struggling with alcohol, and I hope you are not one of them.
If you are one of these people, I can tell you that I’m here if you need me and I don’t have to be there. You might like to think of me as your therapist, but like most people, I don’t have the best approach to alcohol.
The problem with alcohol is that it can act as a powerful narcotic, making users feel like they are invincible, even when they are not. If you drink too much alcohol for too long, you can build up a tolerance and find yourself increasingly unable to resist the urge. That is, until you can’t resist any more, which is why it is important to get sober as quickly as possible.
That is why I have a thing for good, strong liquor. A lot of my friends just drink wine and cheese, and honestly, I don’t judge. But, I do think that the main reason we take so much time to get sober is because we want so badly for the alcohol to work its magic. There is a line between “getting drunk and dancing in your underwear” and “drinking to the point of hallucinogens.
I hear that a lot. I also hear that it is not bad for you to get drunk. It is, however, not good for you to get drunk and then fall asleep and then sober up. The reason is because if you get drunk and then sober up, you have a problem. Because when you are drunk, you have a problem.
One of the problems with getting drunk is that you don’t have to do anything. You are just on automatic pilot. The line between the two becomes blurred. When you get drunk and then sober up, you have to figure out what to do with yourself – and you’re just on automatic pilot. This is the second problem with getting drunk: you’re on autopilot.
Getting drunk is another problem with getting drunk because when you get drunk, it makes you stupid and stupid people are the worst. This is something that people can get worse at if they drink socially. In general, the less a person thinks about what they are doing, the less risk they are taking. If you are just on automatic pilot, then you are less likely to think about your actions and what you are doing. You end up doing stupid things and getting yourself in trouble.
I think there are two reasons people get drunk so often: because they are drunk and because they are stupid. Both of these things should be mitigated by a good dose of self-awareness. The first part is easily solved with a good night’s sleep. The second part is more of a challenge because of how often it happens.
The problem with being drunk so consistently is that it becomes a habit, and when you start to see yourself doing it over and over it just becomes normal. You’re not trying to end your suffering, you’re just doing it because you’ve become a habit. Most people who go to rehab or get sober are there to deal with their drinking, so it’s usually not a conscious decision.

If you are addicted to alcohol, the best thing you can do is to find a way to not go over the top every day.
